FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) WHAT IF THIS WILL BE MY FIRST TIME DRIVING A UTV, IS THIS TOUR FOR ME?

The trail system is for everyone from someone who has never done it before to advanced riders. Our priority is to ensure everyone has a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience!! We will give you all of the proper safety instruction and operation lessons you will need. The Polaris Ride Command app has a GPS map of the trails and your location on it and is highly recommended to download. We also have recommended trips based on the type of riding you want to do.


2) ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

YES!! Renting a side-by-side is perfect for bringing along children and this is meant to be a family friendly event! Children will love the adventure and fun. They just need to be ages 4 and up.


3) HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO RENT?

Anyone over the age of 21 with a valid driver’s license can rent any of our units.

4) WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

The most important thing to bring with you for your reservation is a valid driver’s license for each driver and if you were born on or after Jan. 1 1988 you will need to bring the completed ATV safety certificate.

5) WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

That depends on the weather that day, so please check the forecast and remember we run rain or shine. Make sure you are dressed for the occasion and we always suggest closed toed shoes/boots. Keep in mind this is an outdoor activity and you will get dusty/muddy/dirty. So don’t wear your favorite outfit! Lastly, a bandana or face covering is also recommended to further help keep the dust out of your face.

6) HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY RESERVATION?

On the day of your reservation we suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes early for your check-in. Our process for this is pretty simple but coming early will give you plenty of time to get checked in, ask questions, get your helmets/gear, complete a vehicle walkthrough, and take a bathroom break before you depart. This prevents your check-in from cutting into your ride time as well. We ask that you have your entire group gathered and together before you start this process in order to create a better experience for everyone. This helps our staff not have to repeat or cover information more than once and ensures everyone in your group is on the same page.

7) HOW DOES THE DEDUCTIBLE AND INSURANCE WORK?

There is no damage deposit required. If by chance something gets damaged-Depending on the extent of the damage, we will estimate the cost of labor/parts and take only that amount and charge to the card on file.

8) ARE YOU LOCATED RIGHT ON THE TRAIL?

YES!! Both locations are right on the trail system. No need to trailer somewhere else, just hop in and ride!

9) ARE TRAIERS AVAILABLE TO RENT IF YOU ARE STAYING SOMEWHERE FURTHER AWAY?

YES, we do have trailers available to rent, a 14ft for one unit and a 24.5 ft that will fit 2 units at once. Delivery may also be an option depending on the day, just call to ask!
